PB/PS - How do I secure & Link my account?

You can secure your account with an email, creating your Cross Platform POOL BLITZ account! Which means you can then pick up and play on any available device, with one account played seamlessly across all platforms. Currently Pool Blitz is available on; Android, ios and PS5, Xbox and switch.

To secure your account follow the following steps:

1. Tab across to SETTINGS (highlighted in yellow below)

2. Press A to select ONLINE

3. Press A to select ACCOUNT LINK

4. Pop up message 'Do you have an existing Pool Blitz account'

4a. Select NO for a new account enter any email registered to you and a secure password.

4b. Select YES to retrieve an existing account enter the email you previously registered with on your other device.

To Link your new account to another Pool Blitz account you need to open the game on your other platform/device (e.g mobile) go to settings and retrieve your existing account with the original email you used in step 4a above.

Mobile recover account instructions: Settings > Recover account

Pressing Recover will open the Account Recovery menu. If you have previously secured your account on a different device, you can use this menu to log back in to that account.

Select the method you used to secure the account you are attempting to recover (EMAIL), and follow the instructions on screen.

STEP 2:

Scroll across to Online settings and press A

STEP 4: Account Link message

Select NO for a new account enter any email registered to you and a secure password.

4b. Select YES to retrieve an existing account enter the email you previously registered with on your other device.

PRESSING 'NO' will take you tot this screen below to create a new Blitz account.
